Alcohol-free beverage is characterized by that it is made of Aloe Vera decolorized gel, sweetener, acidifying agent, a flavoring agent, a preserving agent, water and Amla extract at the following ratio of ingredients, kg / 1,000 l: Aloe Vera decolorized gel 1.0–100.0; Amla extract 1.0–10.0; sweetener 0.1–150.0; acidifying agent 0.1–7.0; flavoring agent 0.1–1.0; preservative – 0.1–0.5; water – balance.
EFFECT: invention improves the antioxidant properties of the alcohol-free beverage, its biologically active properties by adding two antioxidant components, taking into account the mutual enhancement of their antioxidant properties, owing to the emerging synergistic effect.
