FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to therapeutic physical training, and can be used in medical and health-improving practice in women and men with pelvic diseases. Simulator includes: a sliding support frame with fixing device, seat is rigidly connected to support frame, surface of which is made in rows of rollers transverse with respect to support frame; a backrest with vertically oriented rollers and combined with the support frame by means of the axial device with possibility of their free rotation; support pads for thrusts of feet are rigidly aligned with sliders, which can alternately and translationally move along fixed guides due to lever, arms of which have through slot combined with key rigidly connected at right angle with slider, and lever center is movably put on axis rigidly aligned with support frame.
EFFECT: reinforcement of back, abdomen, buttocks muscles; prevention of "female" diseases; elimination of constipations; prevention of hemorrhoids; solution of such problem as involuntary urination in elderly people; effectiveness in countering cellulitis; tightness and elasticity of buttocks, growing thin, as well as prevention of such diseases as prostate adenoma, prostatitis, edema, enuresis.
