SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric power engineering and can be used for determination for remote determination of coordinates of corona discharge on high-voltage power transmission line. Device comprises radiometer 1, additional radiometer 2, actuator unit 3 in the vertical plane, actuator unit 4 in the horizontal plane, an angular position sensor 5 of the drive actuator unit 3, angular position sensor 6 of drive actuator unit 4, control computing unit 7, storage unit 8, information display unit 9. Control computing unit 7 is connected by its inputs with radiometers 1, 2, angular position sensors 5, 6 and memory unit 8, and outputs - with actuating units of drives 3 and 4, as well as with information display unit 9.

EFFECT: high efficiency of determining coordinates of the location of corona discharge on an extended section of a high-voltage power transmission line.
