FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method is proposed for production of sorghum sugar juice powder for use as an additive in agricultural animals fodder, according to which in accumulator, which is equipped with a stirrer, sugar sorghum juice with sugar content of 20 % of total volume of juice is applied on particles of high-purity synthetic amorphous silicon dioxide with highly developed surface to produce powder. Ratio of sugar juice of sorghum : silicon dioxide is 3:2 or 60 % : 40 %, and particles of high-purity synthetic amorphous silicon dioxide with highly developed surface have micron size.
EFFECT: invention provides creation of a new technology for production of fodder additives for animals, which allows to reduce energy consumption during sorghum sugar juice treatment, preserve all useful properties and extend its storage life.
