FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of food industry, in particular to concentrates of alcohol-free beverages, namely to compositions of blending syrups used for beverages preparation. Disclosed is composition for preparation of blending syrup includes dry extract of birch buds, sugar, citric acid monohydrate and water at the following components ratio, kg/1000 l of ready blending syrup: dry extract of birch buds 0.003-0.500; sugar 15-400; citric acid monohydrate 0.33-3.33; water – balance up to 1000 l. At that, weight fraction of dry substances in the dry extract of birch buds is not less than 90.00 wt.%.
EFFECT: invention consists in creation of a blending syrup preparation composition ensuring high organoleptic properties of the syrup and beverages prepared from it and enhancement of safety during consumption.
