SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in wireless communication systems. For this purpose, the device comprises a transmitter configured to transmit a transport unit over the PUSCH, and a physical layer processing unit, configured to calculate a PUSCH transmission power based at least on the number of NPUSCH-initialsymb symbols SC–FDMA for initial PUSCH transmission for a transport block, wherein the number of NPUSCH-initialsymb symbols SC–FDMA is set at least based on NLBT and the number of NULsymb symbols SC–FDMA included in the uplink slot, and the value NLBT is equal to 1 in case, when the continuous signal of the first symbol SC–FDMA included in the PUSCH is generated based on content of the resource element corresponding to the second symbol SC–FDMA, following the first symbol SC–FDMA.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improved bandwidth.
