FIELD: wireless communication technology.

SUBSTANCE: terminal device contains a receiver made with the possibility of receiving DCI format, including uplink provision, and a transmitter made with the possibility of transmitting PUSCH or sPUSCH based on uplink provision. TTI PUSCH is a single subframe. TTI sPUSCH is shorter than one interval. In the case when the transmission of a channel quality indicator is initiated in response to PUSCH transmission, uplink control information is transmitted via PUSCH. In the case when the transmission of the channel quality indicator is initiated in response to sPUSCH transmission, the transmission of uplink control information is skipped.

EFFECT: increase in efficiency of transmission and reception of service information.
