FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to stands for endurance testing of steel ropes. Machine for testing steel ropes for endurance comprises drive drum with possibility of reciprocating movement of steel rope sample to preset length, replaceable rollers of definite diameter providing bending of sample by 90°, cargo roller with a load lying freely on the sample and providing a certain, depending on sample diameter, rope run tension is equipped with unloading device consisting of additional roller and drive passing through additional roller, one end of which is fixed on driving drum, and the other one is fixed on axis of load roller.

EFFECT: carrying out tests of steel rope samples under action of periodic dynamic load.
