SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a thiazole derivative represented by formula (I), comprising: (i) a method of producing a compound of formula (C), comprising (i) a step for reacting a compound of formula (A) and a compound represented by formula (B) at temperature between 10 °C and 70 °C in a solvent selected from a group, consisting of aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, polar solvents, ethers, esters, alcohols and water used separately or as a mixture thereof:

and (iii) a step for producing a compound of formula (I), reacting a compound, represented by formula (D), and a compound represented by formula (E):

EFFECT: novel industrial method of producing a compound of formula (I), which has antagonistic action on adenosine A2A receptor and is suitable as a therapeutic agent, for example, Parkinson's disease, sleep disorder, opioid resistance as analgesics, migraine, motor disorder, depression, anxiety disorder and the like.
