FIELD: nuclear power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device for reloading and monitoring tightness of fuel assemblies (FA) of a nuclear reactor comprises a telescopic bar made in the form of three sections, capturing a movable and controlled assembly, a gas supply system, a system for controlling content of radionuclides in gas, including a measuring device for radioactive fission products, a gas flow stimulator and a pipeline. Outer and middle sections are covered with covers. Outer section of the rod is tightly fixed in a small turning plug. Slots are made in side surface of middle section and in cover. Grip is connected with drive and is configured to move inside middle and inner sections. At the pipeline section of the radionuclides content monitoring system between the middle section cavity and the measuring device, the first valve is additionally installed. Between the measuring device and the flow stimulator there is a capacitance and a second valve. Volume of the tank is selected not less than the volume of gas in the pipeline section from the middle section cavity to the first valve.
EFFECT: invention allows simplifying the control device design.
