FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, in particular to combine mining of preparatory mine workings with weakly resistant roofs with support of roof near working face driven by self-propelled support. Method includes destruction of rock, design of mine working outline and loading of broken rock by combine, anchor fixation of roof using metal lattice tightening and anchor fixation of workholes with application of grid of polymer or metallic of chain link type, transportation of rock mass by means of vehicles and forced ventilation of the dead-end face, in each operating cycle of the combine, first the rock is beaten in the zone of anticipatory temporary fixation, temporary support is delivered to this zone by section of powered support, by the same section temporary support is lifted to mine working roof and maintained, then rock breaking is completed, loading of rock mass into vehicle, design of contour and cleaning of mine working and erection of permanent support. Mechanized support for implementation of method consists of two sections, advanced and lagging, connected to each other hydraulic jacks of movement, each of which contains cross beams with support beams and spacer hydraulic supports with guides, wherein the piston cavities of the spacer hydraulic heads are equipped with hydraulic locks, and each support beam is connected to the crossbeam through the spacer, the height of the spacer is greater than the height of the support beam by not less than the height of the temporary support used, width of gap between adjacent support beams is not less than width of clamping washer of used anchor support, each spacer is aligned along the normal to the corresponding crossarm and is rigidly connected to it, and the width of the gap between adjacent guides is not less than the height of the spacer.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency and safety of combine harvesting of preparatory mine working with unstable roof due to creation of advance time attachment area, mechanized delivery of support elements into it and subsequent erection of temporary support.
