FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, in particular to combine mining of mine workings with maintenance of roof near working face driven by self-propelled support. Method includes cutting of cutting tool in face, destruction of rock, processing of mine working outline and loading of broken rock into transport facility by means of cutter. Maintenance of outcrops of roof and boards of mine working with mobile temporary support and fastening of mine working by constant support is performed immediately after temporary support movement. Prior to installation of temporary support there determined is curvature of trace left by cutter of cutter at ceiling of mine working, then concentrically to shape of this trace are bottom edges of support beams of temporary support. Harvester cutter cutting into butt is performed at mine working roof and zone of advanced temporary fastening is created, in which the temporary support is moved, using one part thereof, then, after forming the outline, the remaining part is moved. Mechanized support for implementation of method consists of two sections, front and back, connected to each other by hydraulic jacks of movement. Each section comprises cross beams with support beams and spacer hydraulic supports with guides, pivotally connected to support hydraulic jacks and traverses. Crossbars are equipped with spacing hydraulic jacks, and piston cavities of support hydraulic jacks are equipped with hydraulic locks. Collectively, the bottomhole edges of the support beams form a rounded platform in plan view, the curvature of which is concentric to the trajectory of the trace left by the cutter of the cutter at the ceiling of the mine. Value of rod stroke of hydraulic jacks of displacement is not more than value of cutting edge of shearing tool of cutter-head to bottomhole. Guides of lagging section on side of bottomhole are shorter than guides of front section by length equal to value of stroke of hydraulic jack of movement.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency and safety of operations.
