FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: claimed is a group of inventions including a method for preparatory mining and a mechanised support for implementation of the method. The method includes a work cycle of a combined machine for destructing rock, designing the mining contour and loading the break into a vehicle, anchoring the roofing with tightening of the ceiling with a metal mesh made of bars welded crosswise with each other, forming grate lagging installed overlapping with each other. During the mining in the pause of the work of the combined machine for destructing rock mass and designing the mining contour, oriented laying of the grate lagging on the elements of the stepping mechanised support, mechanised delivery of the grate lagging to the area of erection of the anchor support, mechanised reorientation of the grate lagging to the fastening position with the provision of overlapping, and lifting to the roofing of the mining site are executed. The lagging is anchored on the roofing of the mining site with a time delay corresponding to several work cycles of the combined machine, in the course whereof the stepping mechanised support reaches the first row of the grate lagging with the edge thereof farther from the face. The mechanised support consists of two sections, advancing and delaying, interconnected by moving-up hydraulic jacks, wherein each section comprises traverses with support beams and spacer hydraulic stands with guides, wherein the head ends of the spacer hydraulic stands are equipped with hydraulic locks and each support beam is connected with the traverse through a spacer. The height of the spacer is taken as greater than the height of the support beam by at least the height of the used grate lagging, the width of the gap between adjacent support beams is taken as at least equal to the diameter of the pressure washer of the used anchor support. Each spacer hydraulic stand is oriented along the normal to the corresponding traverse and is rigidly connected thereto. Each support beam of the delaying section on the side of the corresponding support beam of the advancing section is equipped with a support bracket and a skid, installed whereon is a spring-loaded rotary hydraulic motor with a shaft with cross-sectional parameters corresponding to the parameters of the cell of the grate lagging, configured to move longitudinally.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency and safety of preparatory mining.
