SUBSTANCE: method for transmitting discrete messages is proposed, in which the estimates of the signal-to-noise ratio and the fading correlation interval at the current operating frequency are carried out on the basis of information transmission using error-correcting coding using residual images and substitution algorithms for structural-algorithmic transformations of the first stage and/or recoding data, represented by a binary code, into an error-resistant logical recurrent ternary code with duplicate symbols with the formation of a pulse sequence in the transmitted digital signal based on the following rule: pulses that receive three allowed amplitude positions during encoding are the corresponding pauses between them in the form of time intervals T0, 1.5T0 and 2T0, where T0 is the duration of the original binary code that represents the messages.

EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the transmitted information and providing, on their basis, monitoring of the state of the radio channels, followed by the choice of transmission frequencies, structural code and signal code structures.
