FIELD: processing of materials by cutting.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used for treatment of turbine blades on multi-axis machine. In the processing method, the turbine blade is held by the rotary clamping device for the blade base and the rotary clamping device for the blade edge and processed by the tool, which is fixed in machine spindle. First, the first section of the profile is machined, which adjoins the blade edge with the help of a tool which is then retracted. Further, the tool spindle grips the additional clamping device, which has clamping jaws adapted to the processed first section of the profile. Additional clamping device is arranged on clamping device for blade edge so that clamping jaws are arranged on first section of profile. Then the tool spindle grasps the tool and processes the remaining profile section.

EFFECT: the invention provides treatment of turbine blade using one clamp, reduces deflection of turbine blade in area of edge, damps vibrations.
