FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of hot curing adhesive compositions, in particular to glue compositions based on epoxy oligomer, intended for both gluing metal articles and gluing metal with fluoroplastic materials, polymers, films and other materials, as well as to eliminate defects of metal structures, containers, pipelines, and so forth, occurring during their operation as a result of corrosion and mechanical wear, and used in aircraft and automotive industry, as well as in other industries. Method for preparation of adhesive composition before its application onto working surface includes loading into container of mixture, its mixing by means of ultrasonic energy at power of action with ultrasonic energy 62…85 W/cm3 to achieve an adhesive temperature of composition 26–52 °C. Mixture contains epoxidated novolac resin, epoxy resorcinol resin, hardener - benzophenone tetracarboxylic acid and 1,3-dioxolane, and additionally powdered electrocorundum with (1–2)*10-9 m fraction.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain an adhesive mixture with a high-temperature range of use, increases adhesion capacity of epoxy adhesive mixture in 6–8 times, increases strength of the adhesive seam for shearing and peeling.
