FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, namely to methods for assembling resistive strain gages on part objects, which have curvature and complex geometrical shape, and can be used in tests of high-loaded materials and structures, in particular gas turbine engine blades. Method of fixture of strain gage on surface of part includes application of glue based on epoxy oligomers on working surfaces of part and strain gage, installation of strain gage on glue, polymerization and hardening of adhesive at heat treatment under pressure, application of moisture-proof coating and its heat treatment, as a moisture-proof coating fiberglass impregnated with phenol-formaldehyde resin-based gel is used, and glue is an epoxy oligomer-based adhesive modified with electrocorundum, prior to application of adhesive, working surfaces of part and / or resistive strain gages are subjected to sand blasting with a mixture of electrocorundum and solid anhydride and purified using nefras and acetone, application of glue on working surfaces is carried out in two stages, first applying priming, and then main layers and their subsequent drying after application of each layer, wherein polymerization and curing of adhesive is carried out before application of fiberglass, and applied on strain gage fiberglass is subjected to heat treatment at temperature of 100–180 °C for 2–3 hours.

EFFECT: reduced measurement error and increased resistance of strain gage fixation on part surface.
