FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of preparation of film binders based on epoxy resins. Composition of the film binder includes the epoxy resin and the aromatic amine curing agent. Mixed compositions of the high-viscosity bisphenol-A resins or of the high viscosity bisphenol A-based resin with polyepoxide novolac are used as the epoxy resin. Composition contains the eutectic mixture of aromatic amines, which consists of 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone (45 %) with ortho-phenylenediamine (55 %), as a hardener or of 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone (60 %) with meta-phenylenediamine (40 %), and the graphene oxide as a modifier of the film properties. Introduced eutectic mixture of aromatic amines additionally contains anthracene – 5–10 %. Technical result is the production of the high-tech composition of hot-melt film binder based on epoxy resins and the method for its preparation, which at the temperature of T=20÷25 °C has the state in the form of the elastic film with contact tackiness, which is sufficient in order to retain the film on the curved surfaces of the tool set, and also the high level of impregnating properties at the temperatures of T=80÷90 °C, when the composition of the film binder acquires the viscosity of ≤1 Pa×sec, which allows to obtain the products made of polymer composite materials with the increased physical and mechanical properties. Preparation of the film binder consists in loading and stirring the resins, in introduction of the aromatic amine hardener – hardener of 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone and modifier of film properties. High viscosity epoxy resins based on bisphenol A or the high viscosity epoxy resin based on bisphenol A with polyepoxide novolac resin are mixed at the temperature of 60–70 °C, they are thoroughly mixed for complete alignment and the uniform film base is obtained. Further, the suspension of graphene oxide in isopropanol in the amount of 0.05–0.2 % by weight is added to this film base composition, mechanically agitating it with a stirrer and then mixing by means of ultrasound for 3 minutes at the turned off mixer are continued, followed by switching on of the stirrer, and stirring with simultaneous removal of isopropanol and raising the temperature of the base film up to 120 °C, for the introduction and melting of the hardener. Eutectic mixture is introduced as a hardener, which is obtained by means of combining the pre-powdered aromatic amine hardeners that consist of 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone (45 %) with ortho-phenylenediamine (55 %) or of 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone (60 %) with meta-phenylenediamine (40 %), in the stoichiometric amount, into the film base containing graphene oxide, which is heated up to 120 °C.

EFFECT: invention can be used in the production of polymer composite materials, which are used in instrument making, automotive, aviation, aerospace, electrical engineering, construction and other industries.
