FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: cutting plate is intended for fitting in mount seat on cutting tool body outer edge. It comprises flat case arranged atop the body and front surface on body side to cross rear surface. It comprises also cutting edge arranged in rib line section at crossing between front and rear surfaces shaped to involute of curve on body side view. Said front surface is located at an angle to body inner part from its top to bottom surfaces. It includes also, at least, one front end section arranged on cutting tool body outer edge side. Said cutting tool is shaped to concave curvilinear surface making, in fact, a part of comical side surface. Teeth cutting tool with insert cutting plate comprises disc-like body revolving about axial line and multiple mount seats arranged staggered on outer circular edge. Note here that said cutting plate may be fitted in mount seat so that radial rake is negative.
