FIELD: food industry and medicine; composition for oxygen cocktails with curative-prophylactic action. SUBSTANCE: mixture for oxygen cocktail contains fruit-and-berry juice, water or aqueous extract of medicinal herbs and/or berries, dog rose syrup, fruit-and-berry syrup and frother in the form of 6-7-% of aqueous solution of gelatin. The content of ingredients per one liter of prepared product is the following: water or aqueous extract of medicinal herbs, 120-160 ml; dog rose syrup, 60-100 ml; fruit-and-berry syrup, 60-100 ml; 6-7-% aqueous solution of gelatin, 100 ml; berry juice, the balance. The mixture has apple or grape, or pineapple juice, or mixture of various juices. Used as aqueous extract of medicinal herbs and/or berries is their concoction or infusion. Method of cocktail preparation involves mixing of components, adding of frother, mixing, saturation of prepared mixture with oxygen by foaming at passing it through oxygen. Added as frother is gelatin, preliminarily dissolved in water at temperature 70-90 C. Mixture is aged for not more one hour before its saturation with oxygen.
