SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alcohol-free and food-processing industry. Device for oxygen cocktail preparation includes mixer and connected to it oxygen concentrator, wherein mixer consists of fixed rod connected to outlet of oxygen concentrator through electromagnetic valve by flexible hose, whipper, electric motor and lodgment, wherein the electromagnetic valve is configured to control the oxygen supply from the oxygen concentrator to the mixture, and whipper represents a shaft connected to an electric motor, on the opposite end of which a rim is made, which is a metal hardened wire coiled into a ring, on which a spring is fixed. Method of preparing an oxygen cocktail using a device comprises pouring a drinking base and a foaming agent into a disposable container or consumer container, then the container is placed into a lodgment so that the whipper and the fixed stock are immersed into the mixture at depth of 5 to 10 mm from the container bottom to the rim, then the oxygen concentrator is switched on, then the mixer is switched on and at the same time providing the oxygen supply due to the electromagnetic valve, wherein oxygen is passed through the mixture at rate of 3.0 l/min for 5 to 25 s under pressure of up to 1 atm and simultaneously whipped the produced mixture with a whisk, due to structure of which fine-dispersed foam with size of air bubbles of not more than 1.5 mm and with longer time of foam stability is obtained.

EFFECT: invention allows to produce an oxygen cocktail with a finer foam structure with increased stability time while reducing cocktail preparation time, as well as to expand the range of technical means.
