FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the various materials crushing devices and may be used in production of construction materials and other industries. Centrifugal disk crusher contains cylindrical casing 1 with loading 2 and unloading 3 nipples, oppositely rotating upper 4 and lower 5 disks. Lower disc 5 has upper conical surface with generatrix inclination to horizon exceeding angle of natural slope of material. Minimum gap between upper conical surface of lower disc 5 and lower conic surface of upper disc 4 uniformly decreases from center of discs 4, 5 to their periphery from 2Dmax to (0.1…0.5)Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum size of the particles of the milled material. At that angle is formed between lower conical surface of upper disc 4 and upper conical surface of lower disc 5, on which radial blades 7 and 8 are rigidly fixed, which height uniformly decreases from discs center 4 and 5 to their periphery. Minimum distance between adjacent radial blades 7 and 8 of upper 4 and lower 5 disks exceeds 2Dmax. Upper part of radial blades 8 of lower 5 disc and lower part of radial blades 7 of upper 4 disc have collar 9 in width and length of each radial blade 7 and 8 in direction of its rotation. Peripheral sections at the end of radial blades 7 and 8 of upper disk 4 and lower disk 5 are made in the form of combs 10 and 11 with ledges 12 and 13 and grooves 14 and 15. Height of combs 10 and 11 uniformly decreases from the center of disks 4 and 5 to their periphery. Between projections 12, 13 and grooves 14, 15 of the combs, as well as between the edges of collars 9 of two disks 4 and 5, there is a process gap.

EFFECT: grinder provides increase in efficiency of process of crushing.
