CENTRIFUGAL DISC GRINDER Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC B02C7/00 B02C13/00

Abstract RU 2786445 C1

FIELD: materials grinding.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding various materials and can be used in the production of building materials, as well as in other industries. The centrifugal disc grinder contains a cylindrical body 1 with loading 2 and unloading 3 branch pipes, oppositely rotating upper 4 and lower 5 disks. The upper 4 and lower 5 discs have a conical working surface with an angle β of the inclination of the generatrix to the horizon, exceeding the angle α of the natural repose of the material. On the lower working surface 6 of the upper disk 4, vertical gratings 7 with vertical trapezoidal holes 8 with a large outer base are rigidly fixed along concentric circles, an intermediate disk 10 with radial blades 11 is rigidly attached to the lower ends 9 of the vertical gratings 7 parallel to the upper 4, the working surface of which coincides with the rear edge of 12 vertical trapezoidal holes 8 in the direction of rotation of the upper disk 4, in the intermediate disk 10 in front of each vertical trapezoidal hole 8, holes 13 are made along concentric circles in the form of arcuate sectors with a radial size exceeding Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum size particles of the starting material. Vertical bar fenders 14 are rigidly attached to the lower surface along concentric circles. On the upper working surface of the lower disk 5, from the center towards the periphery, radial accelerating blades 15 are rigidly fixed with impact hammers 16 on the periphery of each accelerating blade 15 located under the corresponding vertical arcuate holes 13. Between the outer ends of the impact hammers 16 and bar chippers 14 there is a technological gap. The vertical clearance between the upper disk 4 and the intermediate disk 10, as well as between the intermediate disk 10 and the lower disk 5, exceeds 2Dmax. The size of the smaller base of the vertical trapezoidal hole 8 and the gap between adjacent bars of vertical bar fenders 14 decreases from the center of discs 4 and 5 to their periphery from Dmax to (0.1…0.5)Dmax.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving the efficiency of the grinding process and productivity of the finished product.
