FIELD: materials grinding.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding various materials and can be used in the production of building materials, as well as in other industries. The centrifugal disk grinder contains a cylindrical body 1 with loading 2 and unloading 3 branch pipes, oppositely rotating upper 4 and lower 5 disks. On the lower surface 7 of the upper inclined disk 4, radial ribs 8 are rigidly fixed. On the upper surface 9 of the lower horizontal disk 5, radial ribs 10 and 11 are fixed rigidly and in pairs. The vertical gap between the lower conical surface of the upper inclined disk 4 and the upper surface 9 of the lower horizontal disk 5 decreases uniformly from the center of disks 4 and 5 to their periphery from (1.1...1.2)Dmax to (0.1... 0.5)Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the crushed material. Between the radial ribs 8 and 10, 11 of the two disks 4 and 5 there is a technological gap, and their height decreases towards the periphery in proportion to the decrease in the vertical gap between the surfaces of the upper inclined 4 and lower horizontal 5 disks. Between adjacent side surfaces of each pair of radial ribs 10 and 11 on the upper surface 9 of the lower horizontal disk 5, a groove 12 of rectangular cross section is made, with a width exceeding 2Dmax and a depth equal to (0.1...0.2)Dmax, in front of which in the center the lower horizontal disk 5 is rigidly fixed rectangular protrusion 13 with the height of the radial ribs 10, 11 and the outer radial size equal to the inner radius of the boot pipe 2.

EFFECT: grinder provides an increase in the efficiency of the grinding process.
