FIELD: material grinding.
SUBSTANCE: devices for grinding various materials, used in the production of construction materials, as well as in other industries A centrifugal disc grinder is proposed, which contains opposed rotating upper and lower discs. Radial ribs are fixed on the lower surface of the upper disc, and radial and curvilinear ribs are successively fixed on the upper surface of the lower disk opposite to the direction of its rotation. The vertical gap between the lower surface of the upper disk and the upper surface of the lower disc decreases uniformly from the centre of the disks to their periphery. There is a vertical technological gap between the ribs of the two discs, and their height decreases towards the periphery in proportion to the decrease in the vertical gap between the surfaces of the upper and lower discs. Between adjacent side surfaces of the corresponding radial and curvilinear ribs, a recess is made on the upper surface of the lower disc, in front of which arcuate limiters are fixed in the centre of the lower disc.
EFFECT: improving the efficiency of the grinding process.
