FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to space engineering. Limiter of speed of relative movement contains gear, shaft connected to it, shoe, brake drum, base. In addition, it comprises bearings, overrunning clutch, speed increasing gearbox connected with overrunning clutch. Besides, the limiter includes a drum for winding of cables with a gear rim, to which a gear is connected. There is a drum for winding cables with toothed rim with possibility of its rotation relative to the base. Shaft is connected with step-up reduction gear, brake drum is stationary. On the shaft there is a disk with two cylindrical projections fixed relative to it. Axes of cylindrical projections are parallel to shaft axis, shoe are installed with possibility of rotation relative to axes of cylindrical ledges. On shoes there arranged are ledges interacting with brake drum.
EFFECT: enabling higher reliability.
