FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for heating hydrocarbon gases and can be used for flameless heating of natural gas in gas industry. Flameless heater includes membrane device 1 installed on line 6 of heated hydrocarbon gas supply and equipped with cleaned gas feed line and discharge line of mixture of heavy hydrocarbon gas components with water vapor, converter 4, which is a low-temperature catalytic steam conversion reactor, equipped with a converted gas discharge line 11 and a selective catalytic hydrogen oxidation reactor 5 with an air inlet line 12 and a gas vapor mixture discharge line 13, on which recuperative heat exchanger 3 and refluxer 2 are located, connected to purified gas supply line and equipped with water condensate supply line 9, heated gas outlet line 8 and reflux gas supply line 7 to heated hydrocarbon gas feed line.
EFFECT: invention ensures elimination of fuel consumption from the side and reduction of fire and explosion hazard.
