FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to apparatus for producing fuel gas from hydrocarbon fractions containing light hydrocarbons and can be used in various industries. Invention relates to a fuel gas production plant equipped with a converted gas discharge line with a recovery device including a heater and a converter. Converter includes high- and low-temperature catalytic reactors and recuperative heat exchanger located between them, and as recuperative device there is a dephlegmator, equipped with upper and lower heat-mass exchange sections, equipped with fuel gas discharge line and water condensate discharge line to water treatment unit, equipped with water supply lines, salt concentrate and deionisate outlet, to the latter there adjoins the hydrocarbon gas discharge line from the degassing unit, forming the raw mixture supply line, on which the upper heat-mass exchange section of the dephlegmator, the recovery heat exchanger, heater and high-temperature catalytic reactor of converter, wherein lower heat-mass exchange section of dephlegmator is connected to input line of hydrocarbon fraction to unit of degassing, equipped also with degassed hydrocarbon fraction discharge line.
EFFECT: technical result is processing of liquid hydrocarbon fractions and reduced power consumption.
