FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: installation consisting of a reflux condenser with a top and a bottom section, a refrigeration machine, a circulation device, a recuperative heat exchanger, a heater, and a catalytic reactor is proposed. During operation of the plant, the purge gas is mixed with nitrogen and hydrogen and fed through the recuperative heat exchanger and the heater to the catalytic reactor, where the reduction of the oxide form of the catalyst is carried out with hydrogen contained in the purge gas. The recovery products containing water vapour are circulated through the recuperative heat exchanger to the bottom of the reflux condenser, where it is cooled and dried under reflux conditions with a refrigerant supplied to/from the refrigeration machine and, at least, a portion of the purge gas, the balance excess of which is withdrawn. From the reflux condenser, as it accumulates, water condensate is withdrawn, the part of which is supplied to the circulation device as the working fluid, and air is supplied to the reflux condenser in the passivation stage of the catalyst.
EFFECT: reducing the consumption of nitrogen and hydrogen and reducing energy costs.
