FIELD: adhesive coatings.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a thermally activated adhesive composition for use in a method of producing a core stack from glued together components of sheet metal, as well as to use of adhesive composition in method of producing core pack, to component from sheet metal coated with adhesive composition, and core of stator or rotor, containing one or more such components from sheet metal. Adhesive composition contains an aqueous dispersion containing 100 parts by weight of epoxy resin, 4 to 8 parts by weight of a curable curing agent and 4 to 10 parts by weight of a latent accelerator. Epoxy resin is an aqueous dispersion of bisphenol A epoxy resin. Hidden curing agent contains dicyandiamide, imidazole, amine-BF3 complex or a combination thereof. Latent accelerator contains a urea derivative and/or imidazole.
EFFECT: technical result is especially good stability of composition during storage, as well as providing strength of connection sheets using disclosed adhesive composition.
