FIELD: electrical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronics and is intended for use in production of switching boards and electronic, optoelectronic, optical devices based on them when forming electroconductive tracks on surface of anodized aluminium substrate. Method of producing electroconductive tracks with resolution of about 10 mcm involves forming a metallic copper pattern through photoresist mask 3-(4-(4-acryloylpiperazin-1-yl)-2,3,5,6-tetrafluorophenyl)-1-(2,4-bis(4-acryloylpiperazin-1-yl)-2,5,6-trifluorophenyl)-prop-2-en-1-one (TAPS) by direct galvanic deposition directly on substrate of pre-electrochemically polished aluminium with subsequent anodizing without magnetron sputtering.
EFFECT: invention allows more efficient removal of heat from heat-generating components due to higher heat conductivity of aluminium substrates and its oxide.
