FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for continuous opening of ore rare-earth element concentrate. Apparatus comprises a housing with a feed opening, two fluid feed openings and two off-gases in the top, two outlets for material in lower part and heat-insulated chamber in side wall with heat-insulated inlet for liquid and heat-insulated outlet for liquid. Two-way screw located inside the housing and located along the housing includes a rotating shaft, the first and the second spiral blade. First spiral blade is located on the first section of the rotating shaft, and the second spiral blade—on the second section of the rotating shaft. Spiral direction of first spiral blade is opposite to direction of spiral of second spiral blade. At that, the first spiral blade directs materials to the first end of the rotating shaft, and the second spiral blade directs materials to the second end of the rotating shaft. Apparatus also comprises drive assembly connected to rotary shaft.
EFFECT: invention ensures continuity of production at considerable increase of degree of opening of ore concentrate of rare-earth elements.
