FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to process equipment for carrying out continuous processes in various industries during processes of heat exchange, drying and roasting of loose raw materials. Complex for thermal treatment of raw materials comprises a horizontal heat-insulated housing, a dust-gas mixture discharge nozzle connected to a gas duct and a treatment plant, heat-conducting jacket, electric heaters and thermal sensors, two counter-rotating blade shafts installed inside the housing. Blades on each shaft are staggered. Raw material feeder is made in the form of a funnel connected to the raw material supply nozzle, inside which an anchor mixer with a screw auger is installed, dust-gas mixture treatment plant is made with possibility of gas cleaning with water and is additionally equipped with sublimates condenser with condensate discharge device, cinder unloading nozzle is additionally equipped with a sluice gate for unloading the finished product into a movable container.
EFFECT: high quality of thermal treatment of raw materials.
