FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes continuous introduction of hard elastomer, filler and oils into continuous-action mixer 10. Elastomer, filler and oils are subjected in mixer to dispersion mixing with subsequent distributive mixing. Continuous discharge of obtained chewing-gun base from mixer is performed along with introduction and mixing of ingredients. Filler is introduced into continuous-action mixer through great number of spatially-separated charging holes (12, 13, 14 and 15). Part of filler is preferably introduced upstream from dispersion mixing zone, and other part of filler is introduced into mixer down stream from dispersion mixing zone along production line, but upstream from distributive mixing zone. Thus chewing-gum base is produced (variants). Then obtained base is used for production of chewing gum (variants) which is also obtained during continuous process (variants). As a result, continuous process of chewing-gum base production in special continuous-action equipment is provided. In this case multiple different final chewing-gum bases are obtained without limiting of type or content of elastomer used. Elastomer does not require separate preliminary mixing or other preliminary treatment. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 34 cl, 4 ex, 1 tbl, 38 dwg
