SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to a surgical clamp for use in navigation or robotic systems. Surgical clamp for arranging and accurately tracking pre-planned surgical interventions in the operating room comprises two halves. Each half has upper and lower parts. Lower parts of one half and lower part of the other half form two branches made contacting the surgical site. One of upper parts is equipped with first part of mechanism of kinematic joint and passive circuit with specified impedance value. First part of the kinematic articulation mechanism is connected to the second part of the kinematic articulation mechanism of the registration fiducial element or tracking device. Passive chain is configured to be connected to the tracking device when such a tracking device is connected to the first part of the mechanism of the kinematic joint of the surgical clamp. Set is formed by the above surgical clamps. Passive chain of each surgical clamp has a different impedance.

EFFECT: use of the inventions enables providing the surgical intervention in a minimally invasive manner with a high degree of accuracy.
