FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: according to the first version of the invention, a clamp comprises an upper clamp and lower clamp as a pair of clamps adjusted so that not to be detached vertically and mutually sliding in A-P direction. The upper clamp and lower clamp are provided with an upper retention part and a lower retention part used to hold an artificial intervertebral disk and formed as front parts of the upper clamp and the lower clamp. According to the second version, the clamp contains an assembly with the upper retention part and the lower retention part used to hold the artificial intervertebral disk, a tube attached to a back part of the assembly, and a rod inserted into the tube, clearly sliding therein and provided with a support for the artificial intervertebral disk, attached to the front end of the rod. The support is mounted in a notch formed in the back part of a space between the upper retention part and the lower retention part of the assembly. A clamp set which comprises a clamp under the first version and a guiding clamp for insertion with a guiding hole. When the clamp for insertion is inserted into the guiding hole, the guiding clamp for insertion guides the clamp for insertion so that the artificial intervertebral disk hold by the upper retention part and the lower retention part arrives to the preset position between vertebras. The artificial intervertebral disk contains a core material and plates. The core material contains structure which is either multi-axis three-dimensional weaved structure or knitted structure made of organic fibres along three or more axes, or the structure containing weaved structure and knitted structure combined. The plates are properly laid upon the upper and lower sides of the core material. The plates have bone-conduction and are made of biodegradable and bioabsorbable polymer including bioactive bioceramic particles. The inventions provide creation of the artificial intervertebral disk which includes fibrous structure as a core material, has flexible and practically ideal deformation properties, can be correctly attached to vertebral bodies, and can be fixed forcibly, creation of the clamp for artificial intervertebral disk insertion of excellent controllability and manoeuvrability and used to easily and correctly insert the artificial intervertebral disk between vertebras.
EFFECT: creation of the clamp set containing the clamp for artificial intervertebral disk insertion and the guide clamp for insertion.
