FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Surgical instrument comprises handle, barrel with starting bar end clamp with thrust element bottom branch and assembly for cross-linking and dissection. Assembly for cross-linking and dissection responds to longitudinal closing motion caused by handle and barrel. Lower branch is configured to receive detachable cartridge. Cartridge includes housing, set of suturing staples located in housing, and panel located above set of suturing staples. In panel there are holes, each hole is located in fact, over each staple. Tool comprises cartridge support element, received with possibility of extraction into housing of thrust element. Cartridge of support element is dissected by starting rod, when starting rod moves through tissue so, that material from cartridge of support element comes to dissected tissue.
EFFECT: cartridge of support element for surgical suturing instrument is disclosed.
