SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a system and method of sending messages in vehicles. Disclosed is a system for sending messages, comprising a computer, which includes a processor and memory, wherein the memory stores commands executed by the computer, to receive biometric data on passenger or vehicle driver from wearable device; at least partially based on biometric data to determine vigilance of passenger or driver and working load of passenger or driver; on the basis of passenger or driver working load and passenger or driver vigilance to set frequency of messages transmission to passenger or driver by means of multiple messages prioritization, wherein prioritization ranges each message, wherein messages identified as messages to be responded to immediately are ranked higher than messages supplying information, for which a delayed response is acceptable, for delaying or suppressing messages with a low priority, and transmitting messages with the highest priority, when passenger or driver vigilance exceeds predetermined threshold value, and when passenger or driver working load is higher than predefined work load. Also disclosed is a method of sending messages using said system.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides for prioritization and sending a plurality of messages to a driver or passenger of a vehicle based on their vigilance and work load.
