FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave devices. Filter comprises waveguide line in form of waveguide with rectangular cross section, communication elements and additional n-1 communication elements, each of which is made in form of hole in common wall of waveguide resonator and rectangular waveguide resonator, where n integer number of communication elements, multiple of two, and forming pairs of communication elements shifted from each other in longitudinal direction by quarter wavelength at resonant frequency such that one of them is in antinode of electromagnetic field of resonator oscillations, and other is located in unit of electromagnetic field of said oscillations. Resonator has a rectangular cross-section, is placed along the longitudinal axis of the waveguide, in the transverse direction the waveguide and the resonator dimensions are equal, wherein the resonator length is selected to be L=(0.5 λp) p, where λp is wavelength in waveguide at resonant frequency of resonator, p is index of oscillation type corresponding to number of variations of field structure of type of electromagnetic oscillations of waveguide resonator along longitudinal axis of resonator. Number n is equal to 2p, each pair of communication elements is placed along the longitudinal axis of the waveguide line at distances of 0.25 λp from each other, wherein in each neighboring pair of communication elements, one communication element is located in antinode of the field structure of the waveguide resonator proper oscillation type, and the other communication element is arranged in the resonator natural resonance field structure unit.

EFFECT: reduced level of non-resonant disturbance at symmetry of resonant frequency dependence.
