SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of information technologies, namely to biomedical engineering technologies, in particular to a method and system for marking bone marrow cells. Method for bone marrow cell marking involves the following stages: obtaining a sample image, extracting the cell contour from the sample image using an image processing algorithm and marking the isolated cell contour using a marking frame for obtaining an image of the selected cell contour, introducing an image of the cell contour into the classification model to obtain an image of the classified cell and corresponding information on the classified cell, obtaining information on a certain colour and information on a certain name for predetermined categories of cells and classifying certain information on colour, extraction of information by name and information according to classified colour in accordance with the image of the classified cell and simultaneous marking of the image of the classified cell.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of classification and marking of bone marrow cells.
