SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for digitising a bone marrow punctate smear. The method for digitising a bone marrow punctate smear includes: receiving the relevant information about a bone marrow smear; generating a single image; creating an area subject to digitising, the amount of nucleated cells subject to collection, and the amount of megakaryocytes subject to classification; digitally labelling the bone marrow smear; scanning the area subject to digitising with low magnification, labelling and identifying the object of observation constituting the target; creating an image of the scanned area; scanning the megakaryocytes with low magnification, labelling and identifying the scanned megakaryocytes; creating images of the scanned megakaryocytes; scanning the nucleated cells using oil immersion, labelling and identifying the scanned nucleated cells, wherein the amount of scanned nucleated cells matches the amount of collected nucleated cells; creating images of the scanned nucleated cells; and creating a digital image of the bone marrow smear.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of digitising a bone marrow punctate smear.
