SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a rubber composite material for road coatings in form of particles and a method for production thereof. Composite material comprises rubber, at least one first powder additive, at least one second powder additive and not more than 15 wt. % of at least one oil, which is an oil distillate of heavy fraction, selected from bitumen, which have penetration factor of 100 or higher (according to ASTM D5/D5M-13). Said rubber has an inner structure and an outer surface, and wherein said oil is mainly contained in the inner structure of the rubber composite material, and the outer surface of the rubber is substantially free of oil.
EFFECT: disclosed group of inventions enables to obtain a dry composite material which contains soft bitumen and has high elasticity, but is not adhesive.
