SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a pressure release valve. Valve comprises a body configured to be pressed to the valve seat, located in the outlet structure, through which the hole from said cargo tank passes. Valve body is connected to the rod passing into the above hole, wherein the rod is supported and directed by the frame structure, which passes into said hole and is attached to said outlet structure. Rod passes into the valve body, wherein the valve body is movable relative to the rod and retained in the first position by means of a spring, which is configured to counteract movement of the body from the seat until a predetermined first pressure level is achieved within said cargo container. Said valve comprises first and second magnetic elements connected to valve body and frame structure, respectively. Invention also discloses a negative pressure valve intended for use with a pressure relief valve.

EFFECT: technical result is creation of valve, by means of which pressure is equalized between enclosed space and environment.
