SUBSTANCE: system preventing leak of excessive vapour from device for coke cutting during throttling consists of jacket 20 completely embracing direct action valve 22 with gate, when the gate is actuated, thus maintaining any amount of released vapour or particles of coke and preventing ingress of these particles in cover of valve, and of packing unit 32. A sliding packing of the gate adjoins the gate and prevents vapour penetration through the packing.
EFFECT: efficient and safe prevention of leak of excess vapour from coke cutting device.
