SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Essence of the invention is that a salt solution in the production of the medium includes a hydroalzate from maral hides, having high biochemical properties, required for production of nutrient medium, and density of medium is achieved by adding agar-agar.
EFFECT: use of the declared invention enables faster diagnosis of tuberculosis and timely measures to eliminate the infection.
