SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, specifically to a method for managing a person's sleep and devices for implementing it. Physiological data of the individual are monitored throughout the entire sleep management period. External exposure on a person is generated to force sleep on it. Depending on the controlled physiological data, the external exposure is changed. Simultaneously with external influences on the human further affect pulse magnetic field with a frequency in range of 0.01 to 40 Hz and an intensity up to 99.9 mT. Frequency of magnetic field pulses and/or intensity is varied depending on the controlled physiological data. According to controlled physiological data, sleep onset is determined. After the onset of the external exposure, the generated magnetic field pulses are stopped with a frequency within range of 0.01 to 20 Hz and intensity of up to 99.9 mcT. Frequency of magnetic field pulses is varied depending on controlled physiological data. Sleep control device comprises a central module and a device for external action on a person connected to it. Central module includes a control unit connected to a magnetic field pulse generator, a communication unit with a sensor for measuring human physiological data, an external effect control unit and a transceiver, as well as control elements. In another embodiment, the sleep control device further comprises a sensor connected to the central module for measuring physiological data.

EFFECT: faster falling asleep, stability of sleep and awakening.
