FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, specifically to a method and a system for determining psychoemotional states based on an EEG signal. In the method implementation, the EEG signal is obtained from the user's neurointerface by the signal reception unit. Primary treatment is performed by spectral decomposition of the obtained signal into cerebral rhythms by means of a primary signal processing unit. Primary processing unit is connected to the signal reception unit. Signal is checked for presence of interference and aggregation of primary transformed signals with selection of brain rhythms corresponding to at least one preset state by means of filtration unit of primary processed signals. Filtering unit is connected to signal primary processing unit. Predetermined state is determined by the preset state determining unit configured to determine the correlate of that state. Unit for determination of preset state is connected to filtration unit. Boundaries of the normal state for the given user are determined by statistical analysis of historical values by the state of the user based on the obtained EEG signal using the personalization unit of the given state. Personalisation unit is connected to unit for determination of preset state. Data are output by providing the user with the obtained results using the data output unit. Output unit is connected to personalization unit.

EFFECT: higher reliability of determining the current psychoemotional state by improving the accuracy of processing the obtained data and the extended interpretation of the data on the patient's cerebral activity in real time using automatic personalization based on accumulation of statistical parameters collected by an individual user of those invariant relative to particular user signal characteristics, which were detected during the research.
