FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for washing agricultural raw materials for food production, including root and tuber crops and vegetables. Proposed device comprises loading and unloading trays, bath with fluid and drive drum fitted therein. Drive drum is made composite and conical. Drum is made with broken surface of broken shape along its inner and outer perimeter, on one side of which is rigidly attached first cylindrical journal, and on other side is rigidly fixed conical surface, rigidly fixed to second cylindrical trunnion, inside which is rigidly fixed unloading two-step screw. Conical drum is made of six and more perforated strips of trapezoidal shape with different sizes along width with increase in length of conical drum with notches with chamfered walls and formation along perimeter of conical drum, directed towards each other, helical lines and screw broken perforated surfaces with variable pitch. Pitch of helical lines of conical drum at the loading side first increases, and then in two-step screw inside conical surface from unloading side decreases.

EFFECT: invention usage will allow enhancing the product washing quality.
