FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and concerns a method of non-invasive molecular biological diagnosis of pulp diseases, where dentine fluid of the analysed tooth is used to determine the level of expression of protein alpha-1-anti-chymotrypsin by immunoassay and at values more than 5.35 ng/ml initial pulpitis with development of reversible inflammation in tissues of pulp is diagnosed, at 2.06–5.34 ng/ml - acute pulpitis with irreversible inflammation in tissues of pulp, and if alpha-1-anti-Chymotrypsin values are less than 1.54 ng/ml, the patients are diagnosed with chronic forms of pulpitis with low reparative pulp capacity.
EFFECT: invention provides good reproducibility of results due to availability of diagnostic material and possibility of life-time diagnosis of pulp state non-invasively.
