FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to dentistry, and discloses a method for dental tooth extraction. Method involves preparation of tooth decay to remove necrotic tissues. Dentin of bottom and walls of tooth cavity to enamel-dentine border are etched with 37% orthophosphoric acid for 10 seconds, then cavity is washed with distilled water from chip-blower. To the cavity of the tooth one introduces a cotton ball moistened in hyperosmotic solution and left for 2 minutes. Then, a cellulose membrane with size of 0.7 × 1.5 cm is introduced into the cavity, left for 2 minutes. Used membrane with samples of biological material is transferred into a pre-prepared Eppendorf tube with 0.5 physiological solution and frozen at temperature of -200 °C before further examination.

EFFECT: method is characterized by high reproducibility of results of obtaining dentinal fluid of tooth in sufficient amount while maintaining its vitality for subsequent high-tech proteomic analysis, high accuracy of diagnosis, simplification of the analysis process without the need to use hazardous chemical reagents.
